What have we been up to this past month?

Our outreach and public engagement teams have been hard at work, highlighting LGBTQ+ excellence in the field of STEM. Check out our Instagram (@Equalisci) to see some of their amazing work in the past month! They have been connecting with various uOttawa research groups and an organization called CourseLink in order to further enrich the resources that are available to you through our club. As well, the team has also been furthering their outreach measures to the class of 2024-26, encouraging them to take advantage of the mentorship opportunities our club provides.

What do we have coming up?

Once again, our amazing outreach team has outdone themselves with the plans for this upcoming month. This month they have planned as series of Live sessions on Discord and Instagram covering various back to school topics. Our knowledgeable student lead team will use their experience to help clear up any questions, concerns or doubts you may have as a new or returning student to the University of Ottawa. In the next month they also hope to negotiate more partnerships and increase advertising to encourage more students to take advantage of our services.
